CMO Report: Children and young people's guide
Early in 2002 the Chief Medical Officer (CMO) for England published his report 'The Chief Medical Officer's Working Group Report on CFS/M.E.'
In it is a guide to CFS/M.E. It explains how it can be managed to improve the quality of care and treatment for people with the illness.

GP guide
We have produced a guide to help GPs to diagnose, manage and support their patients who have CFS/M.E. called Guidance on the management of CFS/M.E. This guide is based on information in the Chief Medical Officer's Report that was published in 2002. It has a section specifically about the management of M.E. in young people and children.
